Kate Kriven

Senior Brand Manager

Kate Kriven, is a native South Australian and a passionate wine enthusiast with over seven years experience in the wine industry. Kate holds a Master of Marketing (wine specialisation) from the University of South Australia and is responsible for all marketing activities of the Nepenthe Brand.

Kate’s career in the wine industry began at Pernod Ricard in 2003, working as a reporting and pricing analyst but quickly moved into Brand Management and a subsequent re-location to Sydney managing brands such as Wyndham Estate, Richmond Grove, Gramps and Morris.

Kate also spent two years working in Public Relations managing a bevy of alcohol clients including; Wirra Wirra Wines, Taylors Wines, Matilda Bay Beers and Asahi Beer but her focus now, is back in Brand Management and she is responsible for the development and management of the Nepenthe Brand platform based on continual analysis of the market. Marketing responsibilities include all elements of the marketing mix; pricing, product changes, promotional activity and packaging.
