The cottage makes extensive use of timber from the cedar-framed windows to the old Baltic pine floorboards and kitchen cupboards. Quality antiques are used along with crisp linen. Fresh flowers from the gardens adorn the rooms but please let us know if you are allergic and prefer not to have them. Wine, Port and hand-made treats are complimentary. If you wish, by prior arrangement, we can provide a picnic hamper for you to savour down by the dam or a delicious dinner to enjoy in the cottage.
Whatever you are after, Hannah's Cottage is the ideal location: walking distance to Nepenthe and Shaw & Smith wineries, close to top restaurants and 5 minutes to Hahndorf. Visit antiques at Woodside or Strathalbyn in under half an hour or McLaren Vale or the Barossa in 45 minutes. Close enough to Adelaide but tucked away in the Adelaide hills for peaceful, enjoyable relaxation.
Your hosts, Anne & Paul, are bilingual and take pride and pleasure in taking care of the extras which will make your stay memorable. Come and dream at Hannah's. Your only regret will be that you didn't stay longer!
