Delivery Information

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment clearance.

Please allow up to 10 working days (slightly longer for remote areas) for delivery.

It is an offence for persons under the age of 18 to order, purchase or take delivery of alcohol.

Our carrier choice is Australia Post, all wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address in Australia, including post office boxes.

Australia Post will deliver Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions (for example leave by back door) Australia Post will leave a card in the post box to collect at the local post office.

Please note we cannot accept instructions to contact you as Australia post couriers cannot call before delivery.
