Cellar Door Manager
A New Zealander by birth, Nepenthe's Cellar Door Manager, has been firmly converted to the charms of the Adelaide Hills Wine Region.
Starting in hospitality at the ripe old age of fifteen, washing glasses at a pub in New Zealand, Logan has clocked up experience in number of pubs, B & B's restaurants and bars in NZ, Australia and Europe. His hospitality experience in London culminated with a two year management role in a 13 room hotel in Belgravia.
On his return to Australia Logan worked at the Stamford Grand and then a small family restaurant in Brighton.
In a break from hospitality his passion for wine led him to work in vineyard construction, maintenance and harvest.
In 2004 Logan put all his experience in hospitality to work by starting up a fine dining restaurant in the Adelaide Hills aptly called 'Logan's'
He comes to Nepenthe with extensive hospitality experience and a great appreciation of wine and the Adelaide hills which will no doubt serve him well at the Nepenthe cellar door.
