Tryst Red
The Tryst Red is an unusual blend that combines Cabernet Sauvignon with Tempranillo. This combination works remarkably well, with both varieties contributing their own unique characteristics.
The result is a fruit driven wine which is approachable and fragrant, yet is well-structured with savoury complexity. In making the Tryst, we are looking to craft a wine that complements and enhances a wide range of foods; it is an easy going, versatile dinner companion!
