The growing season was very mild and dry throughout, allowing the fruit to ripen slowly to full potential.
The parcels were picked at ultimate ripeness. The clarified juice was fermented cool in stainless steel tanks to retain fruit aromas.
The resulting wines were then blended and stabilised before bottling.
