The grapes for the Nepenthe Zinfandel Rosé are sourced from estate vineyards at Lenswood and Charleston. Due to the thin skins of the variety it is exclusively hand picked. Only 6 hours skin juice contact to give a bright red hue to the final wine. A clean ferment is ensured to retain fruit lift and purity.
