Sourced from premium vineyards in the lofty heights of the Adelaide Hills, The Nepenthe Elevation is a collection of wines that expresses the fruit and unique characters from this diverse cool climate region.

The fruit was picked in the cool of the night before being swiftly destemmed to ensure minimal colour pickup. The juice was then fined and the clarified before being fermented with two strains of known yeast.

One is for mouthfeel and the other is for fruit lift. After a cool ferment the wine is the filtered and bottled to retain freshness.
