Book in for an indulgent tasting of our most premium single vineyard range, APEX.

In this tasting you will be expertly guided through five different APEX wines, including some museum vintages. The APEX tasting expert will guide you through vintage details and difference in the wines, their uniqueness & our region.

You will also receive a delicious serving of Olive Oil, Dukkah and Fresh bread to enjoy alongside your wine. The bread, dukkah and oil will be used to demonstrate the different effect that each of those flavours can have on the wine you are tasting.
