This pinot was handpicked from the highest, coolest blocks. A mixture of whole bunch and de-stemmed fruit is fermented in wooden vats with minimal punch downs and pump overs.
Post ferment, wine is pressed to a mixture of new and old French oak barrels.
After spending approximately 9 months in barrel, individual barrels are tasted and selected for the Good Doctor Pinot blend.
