The 2023 growing season was cool throughout, ensuring slow, even ripening and flavour development.
The fruit selected for this wine came from cooler parts of the region in the higher altitudes. The parcels were picked at ultimate ripeness.
The clarified juice was fermented cool in stainless steel tanks to retain its fruity aromas.
The resulting wine was then blended and established before bottling.
