Let the fun begin! At Tempus Two we do things a little differently, so we took our winemaking know-how and created a range of wine-based gins!

Enjoy a unique gin experience featuring three of our Tempus Two Gins in our private tasting room.  

Our team will guide you through the unique flavor profiles of our world-first prosecco gin, 100% Shiraz Gin and Wild Botanicals Australian Native Gin. Learn about our process of wine to gin and the navigation of the distilling industry.  

Then indulge in 6 gin and tonic/soda tasters. While grazing on local hunter valley cheeses and Cuvee chocolates. 

This fun experience takes about 30 mins and goes down best with friends.
