The fruit for this wine is sourced from premium viticultural regions in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia. The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are harvested early in the year during vintage to ensure fresh primary fruit characters and natural acidity. The two varieties are then crushed, pressed and fermented separately and this delivers a wine with deep layers of fruit and creaminess followed by a crisp, clean finish.
